Unprofessional ****'s

<p> I took a Life policy with Edward and because he did not have the knowledge regarding payments, i was debited early and my account is messed up as a result. My first debit order was suppose to go off on the 25th of April and I go debited earlier I was charged bank chargesagain, this month my debit went off on the wrong day with double the amount I was meant to pay and once again I didn't have enough funds for the double debit. I've been charged for someone else's mistake and I demand a refund.</p>
