Unprofessional, Dishonesty & Poor Services.

Still no pay out for my late fathers policy claim . & there is also no feedback from liberty my emails are ignored. Even now I have been calling everyday but it’s different information from different consultants . It’s been 2 years since this process started even now there’s nothing. They said it has been taken to the Trust I want to know how long will the Trust take & how far are they with everything now . Liberty is gonna be the death of me because I can’t even pay fees for school even now I haven’t registered for my second year . This is just frustrating. I submitted all documents required but they are failing to use all the information they have . One of the people who were helping me gave information to a wrong person while they received my Court order & every document required.
