Unprofessional consultants ,lack of product knowledge

I invested an amount of R150 000.00 with the liberty investment, and now I called in to request an advance of R50 000.00 but before I wanted to know what documents do they require and I was given a list...But once submitted I was told of outstanding documents ,then I submitted all required documents and was advised that I will get the money all documents are in order but now it has been 5 days waiting for the funds to be transferred but still no luck I spoke to Kagiso from Liberty he assured me that the money will be in within 48 hours but now he is not responding to my emails and calls ...someone please help.
