Still no action since November! I have now lodged a complaint with the ombudsman as nothing is being done about this pathetic service received from Liberty. No callbacks, Lies upon lies about our monies being paid out, Pushing back with the excuse that there are high volume claims being seen to yet nobody is being paid out
