Unprocessed Refund : ***

I had an active policy with Liberty that had to be stopped as I was over insured. I was contacted by Liberty to fill in a refund form and provide supporting documents to process the funds. I did this back in January and weeks later got informed there are additional documents that I have to fill. Without causing a scene I filled these forms. The same request came back in March and the last one in April which I provided the same documents and asked why they keep asking for the same things and attached my old mails. When weeks passed and no feedback or refund was processed, I called to follow up. Only to be told nothing was done post me sending my supporting documents in April. At this point I am not sure anymore if I will get the refund as promised. The experience has been bad.
