Unpaid life policy...disgraced

Im so disgusted with Liberty life. Policy number ***( Matter ID: ***9 In April 2024 Liberty contacted my mother stating there is an unclaimed life policy. We went up and down from Standard bank to Liberty, Liberty claim was submitted and the notification received was,they received our claim and according to rules with all documentation submitted a claim must pay out within 24 to 48hrs but up until today,nothing This is very unprofessional for professional company
