Unpaid funeral claim of 2 months

I submitted a claim for my cousin at Liberty on May 27, 2024, and up until now, I have submitted all the required documents. This is the 1st time I’ve experienced this thing at Liberty. The only thing I received was an SMS on the 28 of May 2024 saying the claim was under assessment. I keep calling them asking for an update week after week. Liberty keeps saying the same response the matter is under investigation. They said on the 7 June 2024 the matter will be resolved but on the 8th of June they said agin the claim is still under investigation and will be resolved on the 15th of July still today there’s no response. I don't know how long it takes for an investigation of a claim at Liberty. Should it be months and months this is so frustrating to me who is going through the loss of my family and Liberty will also stress you as well.
