Unpaid Claim & Pathetic Service. NEVER TAKE LIBERTY

The worst ever experience I've had for a death claim. I have submitted all documents and when I call, they talk about a 10 day backlog. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC AND KNOWING VERY WELL THAT BODIES CAN'T BE KEPT FOR LONG IN THE MORTUARY, THEY STILL INCONVENIENCE FAMILIES AND TAKE FAMILIES THROUGH A VERY DEPRESSING TIME WHEN THEY NEED TO BURY THEIR LOVED ONES. What a pathetic service it is that they offer, surprisingly - they're quick to deduct their premiums but one has to run around for the claim.

I've noticed people complaining about claim submissions for over a month and that leaves me with no hope, we had to go make a loan to bury our loved one because the payout is taking long.
