Unpaid Benefit Claim

My name is Tshepo Makhene I had a policy taken on my behalf by a previous employer, Healthichoices, whose “HR function” was done by Europe Assistance at the time.(01/03/2016)

The Policy was effective from 01 /03/2016 to 30/09/2016. Mr Yusuf Latha (Financial Advisor ) submitted the claim on my behalf on 15/12/2020.The claim was forwarded to a Mr Jacques Venter.Many quiet months followed.

Numerous attempts were made to follow up, without success. Another submission was made on 18/05/2021 to Mr Jacques Venter who never bothered to respond. The last communication with him was when he claimed a payment was made on the 12/05/2021. I explained that the claim was a different one (2020) The 2016 claim remained unpaid.

It’s been 7 months of emails without payment. I hope you will get this matter resolved. Thanks in anticipation.
