Unnecessary Exclusions

I have a Liberty policy (group life/capital disability and dread disease) through my employer.When I joined(June 2014) I had to fill in a questionnaire. Certain questions on it had \no"answers. Despite this I was then entitled to full benefits as it was clearly evident that the issues had no risk attached based on the merits. Then there was an issue for some reason and I was required to obtain proof from doctors etc. This process took almost a year to complete due to Liberty and possibly the broker but I am not happy with the result. My capital disability now has an exclusion of \""psychiatric conditions\"" .I therefore feel that it is unfair for me to have this exclusion and it is not even relevant.Our company HR rep received a document (June 2015) which our broker said proves that there are now no exclusions.
