******** deduction

Money deducted after being informed that I have a credit balance with them. Money was only suppose to be deducted in October but was deducted in September after being informed by Liberty via email. When claims are made response is very quick stating claim in not valid or not covered. I have sent 2 emails informing them about the deductions but have not recieved a response. I even tried to call them but was not successful.
