Unilateral Change in Own Your Life Contract

I joined the Own your Life Rewards program more than a year ago and the main reason for choosing this program instead of the more renowned Discovery Vitality program was the fact that the Virgin Active monthly fee was fixed regardless of how many times you visited the gym. <br> <br> I was informed late last year via SMS that a new system of refunding members has been introduced, where the full gym membership is deducted and R50 will be refunded per visit on condition that there a minimum of 6 visits per month. I have developed a routine of exercising at home and utilize the gym mainly for the pool facility about once a week. <br> <br> I maintain that I signed up for a discounted (80%) fixed monthly gym fee at Virgin Active and not a refund based structure and would appreciate it if the contract be adhered to.<br> <br>
