Unhelpful, uninterest in assisting clients

No rating option should be added and Liberty Life would be deserving of this rating as there is nothing absolutely they can do.... Bunch of useless individuals that have no product knowledge or any interest of assist their clients, This is the second encounter with Liberty and their service is still as terrible and tidious as before.... All I am asking for is assistance with information so that they can assist in processing a policy and they will not help or attempt to assist, even the communication is beyond the word horrible.... I really do hope that the Ombudsman can assist me in this case as they do not care about their clients
