Unhelpful consultant with a bad attitude

I contacted for assistance regarding a product that my deceased husband may have with the company. I was met with an uninterested consultant, who did not seam to want to assist me. She did not answer my questions appropriately. I need information on what is required from me, with regards to the claiming process. She refused to understand, or even to listen, she kept repeating the same old thing about affidavits.
