Unhappy customer

Good day I have an account with Liberty called stash. Yesterday I tried making a withdrawal however the card that I loaded there doesn't exist anymore. So I tried loading the new Standard Bank visa debit card number and I kept on getting an error message. I sent an email to *** and they advised that the card is the problem. I explained that this is a visa debit card that is linked to my app and internet banking and I use it for online purchases. Until now I haven't received any response or feedback. I'm so disappointed that a big financial institution like liberty doesn't have an alternative way of assisting their customers in such situations. Do it means I can't make a withdrawal because the system it's rejected my card. They didn't think of such when they were implementing this. I'm so annoyed because I desperately need to make a withdrawal on this account.
