unhappy customer

I am very unhappy with the service i received,i am currently waiting a month for my cancelation request..i have change service providers due to Liberty that not looking after their clients.My new service provider had requested the cancelation Letters and i am unable to provide it and i am worried anything can happen then i am not covered
