Unfair treatment

I'm an unhappy customer that has been mistreated and left at a disadvantage by Liberty life . I had taken policy for my uncle who has unfortunately passed away recently . I had ofcourse called liberty life so as to claim and up to today I have not received my claims. Instead they are currently investigating me . It's unfortunate that when you take a claim you're never investigated or questioned ,they are more than happy to except your money , no questions asked. We are still left with a dead body and we're being charged every day by under takers cause the body is still with them . I have no issues being investigated but I wish these places knew the scars that arise in these so called "investigations" I have to now relieve traumas and hurtful paststrying to explain a very hard and sensitive situation which is my life story . Al I really want now is to bury my uncle with dignity and start my healing process.
