Unfair treatment and untimely payout?

I have been well assisted by a lady by the name of Charmaine Fulton and processed my initial paperwork on time. I am having a dire problem with the 2nd phase for payout and being given the run around by a lady the name of LOUISE THOMAS who keeps on tellingly me stories of my documents not being given to her on time, while it has been. now as a client 8 believe I have the preorrogative to be dealt with in a HONEST manner and I feel that LOUISE THOMAS is being unfair. All paperwork has been signed...sealed...delivered d on time..now why the hold up.

My other colleague(not to be named) had his paperwork processed in 7 working days...
