unclaimed benefits

I found out from the unclaimed benefit that liberty had kept my funds for over 2 years and they do not want to pay me, but in October I called them snd lodged a claim which I still haven't received till this day.

everytime when I call the consultants seem like they like transferring my call to someone else. Mayne it's about time I sue them for malpractice
