unauthorised debits

1 star is To much for this company . I had requested my advisor from liberty to put my policy on hold in the month of February 2022 due to me going on maternity leave however that was not done i overlooked that ! in the month of November 2022 i requested for a holiday payment break due to me going through some financial issues my advisor assured me sent all of the relevant documents to liberty and it will be actioned …… Guess What it’s now March 2023 and liberty is still attempting to debit me , the last attempt was this month for 3300 gods knows why ??? The call centre is useless due to this i’m facing unpaid debit fees along that my other debits are coming unpaid cause each time there’s funds liberty is trying to debit i then changed my debits to another bank account .

This is an inconvenience honestly

i request liberty to reimburse my debit fees and along that route to pay me back my investment i honestly don’t care if this is against they policy they have bridged this contract .

i don’t wish to ever deal with this company i have investment with other companies and i’m not treated like this.

after sales is really questionable.
