Unacceptable service from Liberty

Liberty is are happy to sell you policies and are an authorized financial services provider. They are aware that many of their policies attract Capital Gains Tax. If you earn Capital Gains Tax you are required to register with SARS as a provisional Tax Player. You need to submit a tax return in August for the following year and again in February. On both of these occasions you need to know what Capital Gains you received so that Tax can be calculated. Liberty do not train their staff correctly and they are either unable or unwilling to provide the necessary information in good time. This is unacceptable.
