Unacceptable service

I am looking for a department within liberty. Nobody in the whole company can help. There is no direct line to them nor do they get back to clients. What kind of nonsensical service is this honestly speaking . What is the reason for such. How can you offer service to the public and than hide the division both internally and externally. I have spoken to more than 7 people with liberty, they know its here but it has no direct line, just an internal email
