Unacceptable follow through service for reimbur*****t

I was debited incorrectly for 3 months and it has taken over 2 months for the reimbur*****t to be processed. To date it has still not been processed. They are very fast to debit your account but then are super inefficient to correct their mistakes. Even after the matter has been escalated, "processed" and said that it will be reimbursed in 48 hours. Still waiting
