Unable to action requests

I have been trying for 2 months now to move a small amount from my pension over to a more trusted provider, Liberty keeps on asking for the same documents over and over again, I have waisted hundreds on airtime with them. I have sent through all the docs they asked for numerous times and still they keep repeating the process. They don't keep to their promises or SLA's, they don't care about the impact their poor service is having on customers
