Umbrella pension fund

Not happy at all

Been receiving sms regarding my umbrella pension fund.. I called liberty call center and they assisted me by sending documents I fill in the documents and email the documents back Received a sms saying I'll get my funds before 15 days. Today it's the 6th of March no call no explanation I've been waiting I've tried to call the call center they don't return my calls

One call center agent hung up on me for asking her to assist me in filling up the forms

It's quite expensive to be busy calling the call center and those ladies never call back
