*****ulent policy deducting from my salary

I have a problem with liberty group it's been four months I've complained,policy was taken *****ulently and I did complain and send all the necessary documents but stillno help.Thembi and Nokuthula consultants from at Rynfield branch just hanged my calls during conversation.Phumi doesn't respond to my emails I don't know what to do anymore
