*****ulent deductions

I've had an amount of R321,54 that has been deducted from my account every month and no one at Liberty can advise what this amount is for, nor provide a signed contract. Before I log a complaint to the Ombudsman for *****ulent charges, please look into this and I want my money refunded asap.
