After sending multiple e mails and posting on here someone called and said they are so so sorry everything will be sorted out. 2 months down the line you double deduct yet again after we have requested how many times to stop it. My great grandmother passed away almost 2 years ago and I have been fighting this for the past 5 months. This is really getting ridiculous. Please stop this now and stop using the excuse that you are behind. You want to tell me that for the past 3 months no one could have rep**** my e mail. It doesn’t help to call as they always refer back to the email send and says that they will call when they get to it. What kind of service is this.
