Liberty life is one ****ed up company, that has the worst service ever. I mean I had a policy with them since 2014, the only Financial Advisor that did a good job was the one who signed me up. When the guy resigned, then the *** service started. I mean these people called me last month, and I told them I want them to get me a new Financial Adviser in my region because i want to make some changes in my policy. Till to date I haven't heard jack ****, I want them to know now that they must not bother debiting money in my account on the 1st Dec until this matter is resolved.
