I'm seeking assistance with a pressing issue regarding my retirement payment from Two Pot Company . Despite their promise, I haven't received my funds, and communication has been nonexistent.

- Retirement Case No 199295 - Date of Retirement: - Promised Payment Date: Within 40 days,now it's more than 50 days - Current Status: No payment received, no updates provided

Problem:

Two Pot Company assured me of payment within 40 days, but it's been 2 months. Repeated attempts to contact their customer service team have yielded no meaningful updates or resolution.

Resolution Request:

1. Immediate payment of my retirement funds. 2. A detailed explanation for the delay. 3. Regular updates on the status of my payment.

Previous attempts
