Two Pot Withdrawal Claim OVERLY delayed

Unreliable, Bad Service, Rude Agents!!

After I wrote a review previously, I indeed received an email from them claiming they will assist me. Currently I haven't back and forth with the agent assigned to resolve my query by the name Philile Xulu, who called to clarify me however was RUDE! not TRANSPARENT and DEFENSIVE. No transparency first of all and mostly I received threats in a form of advise from her, she personally said it is within my rights to escalate the matter to the board if I am unsatisfied however I must take note my claim will now stop and i won't be allowed to contact them more over such matters take time. Very strategic but I don't play like that with my money. I follow up on my claim everyday and always there's a developing story why it is delayed. Yesterday took it upon myself to find out from SARS if they have any directives under my ID number in process and I was shocked to learn after this long, my claim has still not reach that stage.

I DEMAND ANSWERS and TRANSPARENT FEEDBACK asap from liberty!! The employees are a bunch of clueless agents because I realised with every follow up how I'm being fed new information that certainly leaves me at no ease.
