Two Pot savings withdrawl

I have app**** for my two savings pod on the 2nd September already. They keep on finding reasons for me not to withdraw the monies. It is becoming rediculous as it is should be hassle free but they even have my HR department confirm my contact details. I have been with them over 16 years one would think if you are such a loyalty person they would provide you with better service I am extremely disappointed.
