Two Pot Savings Claim

I have app**** for the two pot savings on the 2th September but apparently the process is shorter when applying on WhatsApp, i have tried applying on WhatsApp for a week but could not complete the final steps as an error appeared so i was advised to apply via email which i did on the 11th September but i am still waiting for my savings to be paid, people who app**** long after me was already paid.
