Two pot confusion

I've recently put in a two pot claim which I know should take about 20 working days for payment but I'm very confused reason for my confusion is that people who claimed ten days after I've claimed got paid like in three days what's more confusing my partner put in a claim on Wednesday and got her payment on Friday so I really don't understand.
