Two pot claim delay?

I am really disappointed by the turnaround time of processing the two pot claim. I feel 30 day turnaround time has lapsed, since i started this process on 4 September, yes there has been back and fourth communication with documents requested but i feel its unacceptable. On 25 September i was told that processing is pending pricing. On Friday 4 October it was still pending pricing and yet when i called on 30 Sept i was told the turnaround time for finance to process is 48-72 hours. I'm really frustrated now. Even my emails are no longer answered hence i now make a call.
