TRAUMATIC ,BAD AND *********** SERVICE!!!

My mother passed away on the 20th of August and we put in a claim today is the 29th of september still no pay out and no means of correspondence from liberty. Its as if loosing a loved 1 is not traumatic enough as we now left to deal with more ****ty service which puts more stress on us. WHAT IS A PURPOSE OF A FUNERAL POLICY??? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE YOUR SERVICES.
