TP Khumalo ***, POOR SERVICE

Yoh worst experience ever, I took a retirement plan and unfortunately came across financial difficulties so had to cancel the plan. I claimed from the plan and forms were sent and I sent them back signed attached my ID and bank statement as requested. Looked like its gonna be a smooth process but nah, they have been sending me this form of "Important information relating to servicing changes" I signed it and sent it back but they keep on sending it again and again since the 20th October when I call in they confirm to ignore it as they have received it but they keep sending it. I'm waiting for the funds to be paid but nothing only this stupid letter. They escalating my issue everyday but still no payment and I urgently need those funds it's not funny anymore.
