Totally missing customer support

I am really sick and tired for not receiving any service from Liberty with regards to my account. For the past 6 weeks I haven't been able to access the account in my portfolio, I have complained both in writing and over the phone, but there simply seems to be nobody at Liberty that cares to sort out that issue that clearly lies with the insurer.
