To liberty - liberty broker de*****ing /taking advantage on older people going on pension (Kobus Pick)***

My mom has worked at HUIS BRON VAN HUIL for 38 years, she went on retirement end January 2022 and had plans on how to use her retirement money little as it was. Now the issue starts when Mr Kobus Pick who is a liberty broker (broker code ***) and also a husband to one of the sisters working at Huis Bron Van Huil made my mom sign (on 13th Jan 2022) documents(application to transfer money from old mutual to liberty) where was making her take a new product (life annuity) with liberty, where all her pension fund money was taken from old mutual to buy this liberty product. Mind you my mom was so in the dark on wat she signed for... She was not properly explained wat the product or signing the document entails. The broker did not even give her copies of the contract, she thought she was applying fr all her money by signing that document that was written in afrikaans. Now my mom Raharba Masilo has been waiting fr her money and was surprised to get only about 2k in April and May from liberty .she tried calling Mr Kobus to ask about her money he keeps telling her he'll call back. Is there any way liberty can cancel this policy and refund my mom all her pension money she was really pressured to sign something she did not know.my mom said Mr Kobus wife also took her with her car to go to fnb to get her banking details. So i believe she was helping her husband with all this, as my mom says she might not be the only one who signed that agreement... I also believe that Mr Kobus did all this to get a hefty commission.... I only found out abut this yesterday
