TIRED OF AI AUTOMATED REPLIES
Lots of talk about the ease of "self service" contacting My Liberty - all I am asking for is a IT3(A) - I am STILL waiting. I have sent 2 requests and it seems an automated reply is all you get telling you they have received your request and will contact you - An AI buddy? I need the information for tomorrow URGENTLY ---PLEASE!
