Tired!!!!!

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I and my daughter have been experiencing with Liberty. We made a claim for our grandmother on the 22nd December 2021 at Liberty Pietermaritzburg branch and we were told that money will be deposited on the account within 7 working days. But up until now money is not being deposited no correspondence from the company as to why. I kept on phoning, each and every consultant I speak to keep on promising us.
