Time Wasted due to lack of competent staff!

Day 1 - I submitted all the documents requested Day 2 - I asked, “Everything in order” - received no deedback Day 8 - they request documents that were sent on the first day! For the second time, I sent the documents. Day 12 - they request yet again documents that was sent on day 1 and day 8. !!!!! But once again I sent the documents for the THIRD time. Day 15 - I asked - update , everything fine?? And you would not ###% believe me… they reply with “ we are still waiting for document x” !!!!!!!!

Are you seriously that stupid!!!?!?

I am highly disappointed to say the least!!
