Tickets not delivered

I took advantage of the free cricket ticket offer and was excited for a relaxing day out. Tickets were meant to be mailed the day before the match. On the day I had STILL received nothing. I had to call the call centre 3x and shout at people to actually have somebody send me these. These tickets should be sent out a few days before the match, so you can plan your day &amp; not have to stress &amp; run around on the day in a panic! It has totally messed up my day as plans have fallen through with arrangements made. Your service is terrible...you need to rethink your timings on sending out tickets. It should be a week so that people have time to make plans and organise lifts etc. <br> Also as I have taken the day off work to go to the cricket....I can't even print them out now as required, so another stress added of having to go somewhere and pay to have this done. <br> Just pathetic service all around.<br> Thank you for messing up my planned relaxing destressing day at the cricket.
