Three months of unattended claim

My claim U869218E was submitted by my employer in April 2025. To date, I have been **** to regarding my payout. I have been told that the delay is caused by SARS. I personally went to SARS, finding nothing submitted. I was informed that on my claim my ID and date of birth are not co- ordinatimg. But gave certified copy of my ID with my claim and first digit are my ID number is my date of birth. I was again told documents are taken for authorisation. No attachment provided as proof of status of my claim whilst I am starving with my kids and on a verge of mental breakdown as an unemployed single parent with three kids. I have a number of emails as proof.It is killing me seeing my kids struggling whilst someone is dragging their legs to carry out the mandate to process my claim.
