Three months funeral claim not paid-out

I submitted my claim in July for my brother wwho waaaas shot dead, claim waaaas submitted at liberty life century city, I wwas advised that I should wait 7 days before the claim payout and communication will be sent via email. I waited, two weeks passed and I went back again, the lady who help me Melowdy Louw who was very nice and understanding tried to call liberty claims department she spoke with a lady who told her the claim is still going under investigation since then I've the crazy one who been visiting Liberty for feedback, I do not know what they are investigating this long as I did not kill anyone, I'm not even a suspect , this is a funeral policy not a life coveer that would take 3 months for payout, it is nearly three months with no email communication, Liberty life is ***********, with stingy customer service.
