THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING LIBERTY WITH YOUR FAMILY'S FUTURE!!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Liberty to think very carefully before choosing them. My experience with their handling of my late husband's pension claim has been nothing short of heartbreaking and infuriating.

Nearly six months later, as a bereaved spouse, I am still waiting for provisions that my husband worked for and put in place to protect his family. Instead of being able to focus on grieving, I have been left constantly following up, waiting, worrying and stressing about how bills will be paid while the money intended to provide for us remains out of reach.

There seems to be very little consideration for the human beings behind these claims. Losing a loved one is devastating enough. No grieving family should then have to feel as though they are begging for the financial provisions their loved one made for them.

Bills do not pause because a claim is delayed. Financial responsibilities do not disappear because you are grieving. Yet almost six months later, I am still left in uncer*****y and financial stress, with no sense of urgency or compassion for the position this places a bereaved family in.

My experience has left me feeling that once a member has faithfully contributed and the time comes for their family to need that protection, the family is left fighting for answers and waiting endlessly for what was meant to provide them with security.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Liberty to anyone looking for peace of mind that their loved ones will be cared for when they are no longer here. Think very carefully before entrusting your family's future to a company that has left me feeling so unsupported during one of the most difficult times of my life.
