Thieving *******s

Stay far away from these *******... I put my retirement plan on EFT payment as they constantly stole money out of my account. I forgot to pay them once or twice, and they cancelled my policy. No phonecall, no follow up. 10 years of retirement planning down the drain. They refused to reactivate the policy, so they owe me premiums I've paid after the policy had been made paid up. It's been 3 weeks, and I can't get information out of them. They said it would take 4 working days...
