They’re *****ing from us

These people have signed my mom up for a funeral policy that she clearly stated she does not want. She has written countless letters and went to the branch several times to have this thing reversed and each time has been promised it was cancelled and she will be paid back her money. Its been 7 months now and to date she has only received the refunds for two months and the stupid policy has still not been cancelled, meaning they continue to ***** from her. Well Im going through this with her now and I am giving their social media platform a chance to rectify this, failure of which will see us approach the ombudsman. We demand a full refund and written confirmation of the cancellation. Its that simple, I don’t why it has to take them months!
