They will not submit my documents to sars so that I can submit my tax returns

Stupid and ****** company that refuses to do what is compliant and I bet no Is willing to help because I am black if it was White person the issue would have been resolved a lot time ago. I hate them I hate the name I hate everything about this company Nd their condescending stupid managers. I advise them that i can not upload documents needed for tax directives they need to submit it as per sars request and it can not be done manually I have been told but no no help. I am subjected to fines. This company has been frustrating to deal with pure pain.
