They stole my money!

Liberty Life was horrific with there service in getting me a will with my life cover. Financial Adviser: Mr Phuti Tuba of Eastgate F Agency never told me about the will drafting fee - only about the annual charge for keeping the will on record of around R100. Standard bank has taken off a debit order from my account *******ly as I gave NO PERMISSION for this - R504.39 . They refuse blatantly to refund me. They basically stole my money!!!! I knew nothing of this - so Howard, Chantell C ********** - refuses to refund me of something I didnt know and cancelled by the way due to HORRIFIC service from Phuti at Liberty Life.
